Large Hostile (or group of hostiles close together - its not possible to be certain) detected in system in region of 116AL Station. Signs of intermittent high energy releases caused either by DEW fire or reactor leaks.

Hostile not manoevering.

Destroyer-sized hostile detached from main body and accelerating to intercept.

Admiral Burwasher orders the fleet to engage this unit first.

Task Group Manoevers accordingly.

Marine Force mounts shuttles ready for mission.

Contact with target - actually it's about light cruiser-sized, but of a type previously unencountered.

Fleet has intercepted is engaging, and the hostile is very likely to be crippled as planned.

Fleet engaged hostile probe as ordered, and disabled it.

Elements of 130th and 95th Regiments boarded the vessel, and encountered hostile armed and unarmed robots.

In the ensuing battle, 7 marines were killed, and 10 wounded. The main hostile battleship made a rapid escape from the system.

The marines successfully captured the hostile vessel.
