(VIMCIE Pact)

Article 1: Information

All polities will share all information in areas of
criminal activity, especially terrorism.

Article 2: Co-operation

Personnel will be exchanged to promote mutual
understanding & co-operation in all areas of law
enforcement.

Article 3: Exceptions

Articles 1 & 2 shall not apply to purely domestic
crime - i.e. crime that occurs entirely within
one of the signatory polities.
Nor do they apply to piracy.
