Recent History

3230 was the year of the famous Big Freeze.
In 3234 an ancient (possibly forerunner) sentient Artificial Intelligence was discovered in the asteroid belt of the system by Belter miners. On learning about this, the colonists on Gander formed a temporary organisation called the Gander Alliance to push for a fair share of any benefits that would arise from this discovery.
