CEO Atlantic was a driving force in Centauri Conglomerate for over 40 years and held together the complex and often tortuous internal structures of the conglomerate.

His continued high approval rating was brought about by a combination of hard headed practical policies, and a willingness to compromise to get the job done. He was the longest serving CEO in the history of the Conglomerate and the longest serving leader of any interstellar power to date.

Virgil Atlantic was a popular leader and was reportedly often very frustrated with the complex contractual relationships that are endemic within the conglomerate.
However this did not deter him and in particular during the Exterminator War Atlantic managed to to re negotiate some of the most complex fleet operating contracts in the universe enabling Centauri fleets to engage alongside allied forces is in the intensive campaigns against a robotic foe.

Virgil Atlantic finally stood down as CEO of the Conglomerate in 3225, leaving behind him a legacy of success and leadership that will hard to equal.
