!Spaceball The most popular team sport in the universe. Played between two teams of 6 heavily armoured players on an octagonal pitch, the game is loved by fans on every inhabited world. There is a major interstellar competition every two years, the most important usually held in the Homeworlds in Quadrant 0. Even out in the colonial quadrants (such as [Quadrant 7], Spaceball tournaments are closely followed and are often an expression of international soft power and no less treated a matters of national pride.
