!Humiverse Academy **Location Pastpers Q1** Director Professor Amanda Marcos. The Humiverse Academy is a university open to students from all polities. Grants are provided to students of proven excellence from independent systems. For this a test system will be developed. The Humiverse Academy offers courses in Colonial Administration, Interpolity Law, Colonial Development Economics, Intercultural Studies and is specifically aimed to provide students who aim for a career in administration and politics an international outlook and the high level of skills required for such a career. It is also hoped that by bringing all these students together it aims to increase mutual understanding and create a sense of goodwill and cooperativeness that will in time improve relations between the independent systems. For financial reason students from quadrants 1,2 and 8 will have priority for grants in the first period.
