A self-established corporation.

**Aims**
Under the governance of the directors (corporate oligarchy), establish and develop a viable self-sustaining colony which will be debt free after five years. At this point, the corporation will be dissolved, all directors will receive their investment funds with interest and bonus, and the colony will become self-governing.

The colony is now debt free. Director's have been paid out. As Dr Shigetaki is still missing, his contributions were used to establish a memorial research and development laboratory in Agriculture (Fauna).

Administration has coordinated the recent democratic elections and the results are pending.

The Colony 51 Workers & Labour Union has been constituted.

Four Settlements established: Spoiler's Reach (SR); Virgil Atlantic (VA); Chard's Hope (CH); Riz's Consensus (RC)

Mining-based economy.
Harbour is under construction.
Shopping Mall under construction.
Well-establshed trade relations.

''Health''
As well as general medical care, the medical centre and staff deliver mental health care, CBT and harm reducation programs, provide advanced trauma and emergency care.

Positive Health Officers team has been established.

Community Health Education: Stress Reduction and Wellbeing

''Security''
A Civil Police unit has been established.

''Justice''
The Department of Justice was recently established with 3 judges, several court officials and admin staff.  
A Legal Registry including Land ownership, Vehicle ownership, Company registration, Trial Records, Wills & Probate, Marriages, Births, and Deaths established.

''Education''
Key staff recruited to set up Department of Education.

''Agriculture''
The colony promotes and uses high levels of permaculture and sustainabilty.

This is supported by a strong Sustainable Agriculture Community Programme including Community Gardening, Community Animal Husbandry, the Happy Shoggy Club (on hold pending the return of Dr Shigetaki), Growing Herbs, Medicinal Herbs - Introduction, Intermediate and Advanced levels, Wildcrafting (Agriculture), Agriculture Cadetship Program, Oenology and Winemaking.
