The Universe waited with bated breath as the results came in from quadrants 1, 3, 5 and 7.
They are as follows:

Q1 - Potato
Q3 - Snownose
Q5 - Potato (a landslide result - 84.3% of the vote - how does he do it?)
Q7 - Snownose by a nose.
