The Sirian Socialist Systems in Quadrant 7 are in grave danger, as is the whole of Humanity. Already one of our systems has been destroyed.
Socialism freed you from oppression of the bourgeoisie, now machines threaten to destroy you. In a Socialist Society, machine will serve man. We call upon you, fellow workers, in this hour of need.
We are few, but we have always found ways to overcome this disadvantage. Now we must combine our strength, our wits and wisdom and our superior unity of purpose to survive. We are not alone, Earthers, Wolfers, Martians, Esteelers, Zionists, Centaurians and Venerians are fighting at our side to ensure that Humanity will prevail. The Politbureau of the Sirian Socialist Party now asks you to do your bit.
The Politbureau has decided on the following course of action:
1. The state of Emergency is declared in the Sirian Socialist Systems in Quadrant 7.
2. The economy will be restructured on a total war footing. Production of non-essentials will be reduced and resulting capacity will be used for war production.
3. Evacuation of all non-essential human personnel on Evian, F-Luent and Gryme to Gryt.
4. Expansion of the Sirian Revolutionay Forces.
We advise that you stay calm and follow these and other directives quickly and thoroughly. This will help executing them.
