MISSION: TO DESTROY THE 3 BSBs NOW AT FLYPAPER
1. FLEET MIDGARD (FLYPAPER)
You are to remain at Flypaper to observe the enemy. Report their actions regularly. You are to endeavour to encourage the 3 ESBs to remain at Flypaper by any means at your disposal. You are to search for any Exterminator units at the M25 - which may be equivalent to HSTS. You are to destroy these if this can be done without significant loss.
2. FLEET RODGER YOUNG (MATANZAS)
You are to go to Flypaper IMMEDIATELY and RV with Fleet Midgard. ETA Flypaper M25 not later than 3198.097.
3. FLEET AUDIE MURPHY (L'FAYET)
You are to go to Flypaper IMMEDIATELY and RV with Fleet Midgard. JAC Mobile HQ will accompany and I will take overall command at Flypaper. ETA Flypaper M25 3198.103.
4. 1st ALLIED FLEET (GRYME)
You are to remain based at Gryme, from where you will be responsible for the defence of systems from Sandron to Floryn. You are to monitor all the reports from colonies and sentry ships in the Earther, Sirian and Esteeler sectors. You are to defend these colonies as far as you are able.
5. VENERIAN, WOLFER AND ZIONIST JAC UNITS
You are to assemble at L'Fayet as soon as practicable and await orders. You are to confirm the composition and ETA of your fleets as soon as possible.

6. Admiral Rice-Burroughs is commended for the prompt way that FLEET MIDGARD moved to investigate the loss of contact report from Flypaper, for the quality of reporting, and for the descretion shown in not blindly attacking overwhelming force.
7. It is my intention to bring the 3 ESBs at Flypaper to battle with the Martian and Esteeler fleets, and destroy them. It will take 47 days to assemble these forces at Flypaper, so there is a significant possibility that one or more of the ESBs will leave the system before then. If ALL the Exterminators leave Flypaper then all fleets will return to their start points without further orders from JAC HQ. If any Exterminators remain at Flypaper then I will proceed with an attack by all 3 fleets. This will (a) ensure the destruction of whatever Exterminators remain at Flypaper, and (b) guard against the surprise return of those Exterminator units that had left.
However, if ESBs are reported at aligned colonies before our 3 fleets arrive at Flypaper, then FLEET AUDIE MURPHY will go to that system. The other two fleets may also be be ordered to the threatened colony. The most likely systems to be so affected are Baldar and Sil, but it appears to be an improbable contingency.
8. The ESBs now appear to be operating in threes. It is probable that this is due to the losses they have sustained in recent battles in Quadrant 7. It is up to us to show that even 3 ESBs are not safe. It may also indicate the importance they attach to their activities in the Flypaper system. We will eliminate it.
