I am conscious of the signal honour bestowed upon me by my appointment asSupreme Commander of the Joint Allied Command.

The Aim of the Joint Allied Command is to destroy all Exterminator units in Quadrant 7.

OVERALL MISSION PRIORITIES ARE:

1st Maintain a fleet in being.

2nd Defence of Human Colonies

3rd Destruction of Exterminator units

JOINT ALLIED COMMAND STRUCTURE

1. JACHQ will initially be located at Potomax because of it central location within the established colonies of Q7. It is my intention to use a mobile HQ so that it can be positioned as the military situation requires.

2. The ships of the JAC will be organised into fleets of comparable size, and sufficient force to defeat one Exterminator super-battleship, code name "Viking".

3. The combined Centauran, Earther and Sirian fleet is designated 1st Allied Fleet, under Earther Admiral of the White Sir George Tryon KCBE. 1AF is moving to Gryme and is responsible for the Sirian-Earther sector.

4. The Esteeler ships will form 2 fleets, which should include 2 BBI and 8 CVI each. One should be based on L'Fayet to cover from Evian to S5, the second should be based on Matanzas as a Strike Force. ACTION: Esteeler CinC to deploy and name the two fleets, and report progress.

5. The Martian ships should form one fleet based on Baldar, responsible for the sector from S5 to Flash Peek, including Matanzas.

ACTION: Martian CinC to deploy and name the fleet, and report progress.

OPERATION "WILD GOOSE"

My analysis is that the Dark Nebula is probably the nub of Exterminator operations. It is probable that more non-aligned colonies than Nebok, The Joint and Gander have been attacked. It is probable that the Exterminators have bases and that they are in the Dark Nebula. OP Wild Goose is to test this theory.

6. 1AF has sent TF71, TF72 and TFS1 ( 5 DDI and 1 ALSI ) to recce systems Y25, Y26, Z10, Z132, Z133 & Eldan and the Dark Nebula.

7. The Esteeler fleet at Matanzas is to detach Task Forces to recce systems Y17, Y18, the Dark Nebula horizontal with grid lines less than 085 (i.e. top half on map), and other systems at the commanders discretion. Send reports to JACHQ, and TF71, TF72 and TFS1 to avoid recognition errors. This fleet may attack at the commanders discretion.

8. The Martian fleet is to detach Task Forces to recce systems Gander, Kragg, The Flats etc. Report to JACHQ and Esteeler fleets. This Fleet may also engage at the commanders discretion.
