1. Admiral Yuri Leonov, Venerian Navy, you are hereby appointed to command the 5th Allied Fleet (5AF) of the Joint Allied Command, Quadrant 7.
2. 5AF FLEET COMPOSITION
5AF will consist of the Centauran, Wolfer and Zionist Fleets under Joint Allied Command. Admiral Sir Finningly Spade, HMS SABERHAGEN and Admiral Z Almog, ZSS ALIA, are hereby requested and required to report to Admiral Yuri Leonov and to comply with all lawful orders issued under his hand.
3. ASSEMBLY
5AF is currently assembling at Potomax. Admiral Yuri Leonov, you are requested and required to take 5AF to a RV outside the M25 of the Sandron system named SAND LINE.
4. 5AF AREA OF OPERATIONS
Your Area of Operations is between "east/west" lines through BALDAR and POTOMAX. This will remain unchanged whilst the Martian Fleet MIDGARD and the Esteeler Fleets RODGER YOUNG and AUDIE MURPHY are engaged at FLYPAPER.
5. 5AF MISSION
5AF will defend all Human Colonies within the Area of Operation against Berserker attack. 5AF will engage and destroy all Berserker units up to the size of 1 (one) BSB inclusive, without waiting for orders from the JACHQ. Admiral Yuri Leonov is reminded that the JAC OVERALL MISSION PRIORITIES ARE: 1st = Maintain a fleet in being. 2nd = Defence of Human Colonies. 3rd = Destruction of Berserker units.
6. REPORTING
5AF is requested and required to report all Berserker activity, as well as regular reports of the 5AF's location, strength and readiness for action. In particular report the arrival and Orbat of 5AF at SAND LINE.

When you receive the 5AF reports that it is Operational and at its RV, SAND LINE, the 1AF will change its Area of Operations. The new Area of Operations will then be between "east/west" lines through POTOMAX and FLORYN. This will remain unchanged whilst the Martian Fleet MIDGARD and the Esteeler Fleets RODGER YOUNG and AUDIE MURPHY are engaged at FLYPAPER.
