SUBJECT: Results of STC Security Personnel Combat Training Course

Following the successful completion of the initial 3 days training course
for the STC Security Personnel, the evaluation of their performance is as
follows:

1.1 SPACE SUIT AND WEAPON SAFETY DRILLS = Satisfactory. Above the minimum
requirement of EN Spacemen.

1.2 COMBAT DRILLS AND MARKSMANSHIP = Acceptable. But further practise is
recommended. The STC personnel have poor tactical awareness. Their
performance is not sufficient for Key Point defence.

2. SUITABLE ROLES. The STC Security Personnel are assessed as having
sufficient skills to perform the following tasks:

2.1 Logistics and Resupply Troops.

2.2 Perimeter Observation and Defence. They would perform more reliably
behind Wirepod defences.

3. APPOINTMENTS. I recommend that Mr Jarvis be appointed Acting
Sergeant EMC, and that he remains in command of the STC Security Personnel
formed as a Squad.
